Default 1973-77 Ford Head lights

Today I saw a 1973-77 Ford pickup, but it had dual head lights. I am sure it was a Ford, and I am sure it was in the 1973-77 year range as well. I looked at it close up, and everything looks factory. So whats the deal? I did see one like this on a movie a long time ago, it was also a 1973-77 Ford pickup with dual head lights. But it was Right Hand Drive, and the movie took place somewhere in Africa. Thats the only 2 I have ever seen like this. So what gives anyway?

Never saw one in that age range with dual headlights. They all had single round lights, as far as I know. It may have been different for trucks built for export or those built off shore.

The later 150's were assembled as right hand drive in Australia and Africa. It may be one of those.

Don't know what it is... But I am leaning towards export, off shore. The one I saw was in the movie The Gods Must be Crazy. That one was a 1973-77 Ford pickup, but it had dual round head lights instead of single round head lights. Thank you to everybody for the help.

Aussie and even South African Ford trucks looked like our trucks except for RHD.
The Brazilians on the other hand kept building the old styles many years after the US discontinued them here.
