Default 32 Ford Speedometer Problems

I'm on my second rebuilt 32 speedometer and my second failure. Since it's not a restored truck I'd be happy with a replacement that worked. Is there anything on the market with the right diameter to fit the stock hole? Stewart Warner makes a nice plain manual speedo but it requires a 3 3/8 diameter hole. I've got several tunnels so that's not a big deal but really like the original look.

Speedo repair shop called me and it turns out I'd sent him two and the repair shop installed the one that was beyond repair. We'll put the right one in tomorrow.

Everything's cool once we put in the right speedometer. Turns out the SW speedo has a shear pin which saved it. Within 2 mph of the Garmin. Rusty again saved the day.
