Generator parts and tools (slightly off topic)
I have a friend who grew up working in his father's auto electric repair shop. He wants to get back into it as a hobby, but can't find a source for all the various small parts and specialized tools he would need. Does anyone know a source for these kinds of tools and parts? Thanks, John

Swap meets and want ads would be the most likely. I'm still looking for the bits for my old generator pole screw tool.

http://www.venselenterprises.com/ There is a shop here in town that shut down. The owner was trying to sell it all as a business. It's been a while now and the contents I'd bet can be had. Rexco use to have used stuff and may still run a truck to MT. Their number is 1-800-426-5005. I've known the family for two generations. Nice people. |
