Default New Guy

Hi all new to the site and model A's but not to forums and car restoration, been in to Chevelles for a while. I just got a '31 this weekend havent had a chance to really look it over but its in good shape drive train wise, good interior and the body is pretty good but the rear fenders have a bit of glass in them so that will be fixed over the winter. Do have a few spots to touch up on the body can anyone tell me what this color is called.

thanks Rob

Thanks, who ever painted it did it in black and beige so from what ive been reading and what you said when I redo the fenders this winter they should be brown and got to do the roof as well to make it correct.

All Model A fenders should be black, as well as the running boards and splash aprons.

The beige looks kinda like manila brown(station wagon color), and the dark color may be seal brown. If the car was mine, that's what I'd call the colors.

Looks like either the station wagon color (forget the name) or stone brown, an open car color. All Model A's ever built have black fenders. Looking at your pics, looks like your coupe might be painted like a 31 dlx roadster or phaeton.
