I just had Dave from MODELAONLY.NET build me a F100 conversion for my seven tooth steering. I sent Dave my steering column and shaft and
he mated it to his F100 box. Great communication with Dave and very professional Job. I have not installed it yet but will post a driving review after I do. Daves F100 box and other conversion parts can also be found on Ebay.

Trax
Below is an earlier post on the F100 box with contact information.

This modified steering box is a direct bolt-on replacement for the original Model A box and the installation is very simple and should take a couple of hours to complete. We send complete detailed instructions with every box. On a 1930-31 vehicle you will use your existing steering wheel, mast, spark and gas rods, pitman arm (long or short), horn rod, light switch, and horn bail. The 1928-29 set-up is a little different as the original steering box and mast (Column housing) are one piece. Please either email me at [email protected] or call me at 714-292-8660 for more info. Thanks Randy Gross

Make sure the king pins and tie rods are rebuilt or excellent original. If the spindle is rubbing the axle, the steering will be tough. Good parts with the original steering box works fine.

I also have one of Dave's F100 steering box conversions. I have been very pleased with his professional workmanship and ease of installation. I've had it for several years now.
