1939 Ford Coupe Project
City:
Lincoln
State:
Nebraska
Price:
$11,900
For sale is my 1939 ford Deluxe Coupe Project. Wheels and tires not included I am keeping for another project. Car will come with rollers only. The body, doors, and deck lid have been sandblasted, all rust repaired and painted in black epoxy primer. The body is rust free and ready for finish bodywork. The car has had a new tail pan installed as well as a smooth firewall. The floor has been repaired and looks great. The hood is in excellent shape and is currently in black paint. The front fenders were repaired years ago and are very nice but I recommend sandblasting and final body work. The rear fenders are from a 1940 coupe and are very nice and rust free. They will need sand blasted and worked over. I do have a set of 39 fenders I would trade if wanted. I put these on because I like the 1940 taillights better. The running boards are a little rough. The front grill is original and fixable but not perfect. The car has all the window moldings and most of the stainless. The car also comes with a nice dash. The frame has been built years ago and has surface rust. It will need sandblasted and repainted. The frame is boxed, has an older style mustang 2 front suspension with a manual rack (one of the arms is bent). The rear end is a 9 inch ford with leaf springs. The frame has the brake pedal installed. The car come with a 350 engine in need of being rebuilt and auto transmission (not sure of type) . I was told the engine is from a corvette. This is a nice start to a high dollar hotrod. Serious buyers only please don’t waste my time. Please email me for a link to many pictures.
