These doors are quite flexible as long as you are not dealing with the wooden substructure of some. Use your knee at the bottom of the door and pull the top of the window frame back a little at a time until you are happy with the fit.

make sure the hinges are with no slop. even the least bit of looseness can give bad results...

Since you have to "overbend" when you do that, consider removing the window glass. It doesn't bend and may prevent enough "twist" in the door. It also may break. This only works well for the steel framed doors. The wooden framed ones won't bend enough. Gar Williams

If you are talking about your Closed Cab there usually not much you can do other than twisting the door unless the other side is opposite and touches at the bottom first. It's also important to note that if your door has any sag at the rear, i.e., the belt line is lower on the rear of the door than the rear quarter panel, that will accentuate the problem.

Don't forget that many, if not all, Model A doors have a thick rubber bottom door seal that takes up quite a bit of room.

If you have a two hinge door, you can make the bottom close a little bit "sooner", by slightly bending the hinge, inward.
You can do this by placing an object, such as a hammer handle, into the hinge, and gently pushing the door closed, until it closes to your liking. Just don't over do it. It is, probably, actually twisting the door post.

A lot of careful twisting - and if your glass channels are 'tight', you may want to pull the glass - but make sure your hinges are tight and you have all the proper rubber bumpers in place, or you do it over, like I had to
Lot of patience
