My new ride.
Hey Guys,
I finally got my car running well enough to get it out of the garage and washed up and ready for the camera. I bought this car because it had everything I wanted in a woodie. If I built the car I would have done it almost the same. It’s a 1933 Woodie. Starting at the front, Brassworks radiator, Engine by H & H Engines, Red headers, Columbia overdrive by Dan Krehbeil, Hydrolic brakes -early V8 shop, paint by Suicide Axle Hot Rods, etc. |

Re: My new ride.
I agree with Coop, the green goes well with the blonde maple. That is why I chose to paint my 40 wagon Acadia Green. I am partial to 33s as I also have one. Nice car you found, I have never been in a position to buy one "done", good work.

Re: My new ride.
Thanks Guys,
I think the car has “good bones” , now it’s up to me (along with your help) to get them to to work together reliably as they were meant to. When I bought the car I thought I finally was getting a car that I could enjoy right out of the box with the occasional “tinker”. Just the opposite. After two months at my mechanics shop to fix a few major problems, I’ve spent 2 - 5 hours a day working on the various systems for the past 2 months but for me it’s been a labor of love. I still have a long list of items that need attention but I will get there. Back to work! Richard |

Re: My new ride.
That is one really beautiful wagon you have there. It is clear that all the effort put into the restoration has paid off! Enjoy it!
