Holeinthehead Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2011 Location: Plainfield, IL Posts: 1	28 model A VIN location Help, help! The stupid Secretary of State "has a problem" with my title. I bought car from a guy in Texas and the car has a Texas title which I surrendered in order to get my Illinois title. Now there is a "problem" Can anyone tell me where the VIN is located on a 28 A ?
