Default Removing a steering wheel - SOLVED!

I have tried three kinds of pullers on this 1930 wheel, and it will not budge. It's on tapered/keyed shaft, it's a relatively new wheel (last five years or so), and I've soaked it overnight with PB Blaster.

Nada.

Any suggestions?
