Default Flushing Ol Walter's radiator.

I was checking and Ol Walter's radiator looks like it needs to be flushed out. I have never done this before and wondered just how to go about it. Is there an additive that you put in and let soak then drain ? How should I go about this ? Thanks ahead of time.

Many people run vinegar as the coolant for a few days, then drain and flush with clean water several times. Might be a good idea to remove hoses and back flush both the rad and the block. Others will chime in I'm sure.
