40 ford brake help with mustang mas. cyl.
I used a mustang master cylinder with the adapter and car has original pedals and has disc brakes on front, my question is how do I bend the brake lines to go into master cylinder with such little clearance between the frame?

Eastwood ( and others probably ) sells pliers made so you can bend close to the IFF nut after it is flared. Some pix would help to see your particular problem.

Something like this? Just an example, make sure what size threads you need and the type of ends the MC uses.

Look at the Godman Performance site. They have any fitting you would need. Instead of bending the line if it's too close, you can use a 90 degree elbow of other type fitting.

Re: 40 ford brake help with mustang mas. cyl.
I don't know of any 90 degree inverted flare fitting that will simply screw into a master cylinder. As Joel stated, it's possible to carefully bend a tight 90, as I have done in the past. However, I found that drilling holes in the X members (on my '40 and '32) and allowing the lines to come straight out of the master has the advantage of keeping most of the plumbing out of site and harms way, along with easier and more direct routing to the front and rear axles, IMO.
