Nice rumble seat roadster with TITLE. This car is pretty complete and the only rust out is the pan below the seat. There is filler but it was used for dents instead of bumping them out. I can not find any patch panels. There has been welding done to some of the fenders due to cracks. I also have the seat risers and rear bumper bracket assembly. If it makes a difference the engine isn't stuck
