A M-14 is a 7.62 cal. semi automatic, gas operated ,shoulder weapon. effictive rqnge 1000 yards can be converted to full automatic by use of a selecter switch.

and yet another example of the importance of seat belts. Read the AACA forum on the wreck and the driver's story. Incredible.
I thought most trucks had monitors on them to track their speed, time on the road, etc. I had a relative who drove trucks. A pretty miserable existence and not paid well either, according to him. |

Restoration of this car was also extensively blogged by the owner on the Lincoln Continental Owners Club's bulletin board, The Lincoln Forum. In essence he bought an unfinished project and completed it to a very high level, just getting on the road within the past couple of months. The guy also owns a very nice '41 Ford pickup, which I followed during some of the work done on it as well.
