What Year are thease ford painted headlight rings?? thanks

They look like WW II replacement parts ('36 Ford). Shiny stuff was out, black-out was in.

I believe that "flatheadfan" is correct. They have the passenger car part-number on them, but we all know they are supposed to be stainless.
I have some '32 & '40 tail-light doors, which are black. Nobody wants them, nowdays.

Might look great on a black '36 if you like that sort of thing. The rims on the driving/fog lights on my coupe were painted, so I had them stripped & chromed so that they more or less match the headlamps. (see pic in my album).
