Default 49 horn

Trying to find what parts i need repair my horn inside steering wheel. Does the wire coming through the column bolt to something inside ? someone has taken mine apart and taped the wire. I'm also missing the spring and going to replace the gasket insulator and wire that runs through column. Any help will be appreciated Thanks Robs

Car think I rounded up parts but unsure where the wire up through steering column connects. Previous owner must have had issue and threw parts away instead of fixing it right. Thanks
