April 1928 Business Coupe
I have no idea what a car like this would be worth but it is a April 1928 Business Coupe in fairly decent original condition which has been inside for years.
I have seen this car and if I were not trying to downsize myself and if I were not restoring a July 1928 Open Cab Pickup, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Do not have any photos yet. Hopefully in the near future. All original items are in place except the tires and wheels. I am sure it would make a great restoration for someone. Pluck |

Re: April 1928 Business Coupe
I bought a November 1928 business coupe a few years ago with plans to restore. Near perfect body, decent fenders, original motor, etc. Still sitting, waiting for me to do something. Is this a cautionary tale? LOL.

Pluck,
Does it have a production number on it. It should begin with the letter C. Regards, Dave |

Re: April 1928 Business Coupe
There is a nice '28 Business Coupe for sale on Craigslist in Orange County (LA) that was restored many years ago. Owner is asking $16,500 for it, which I think is too high. It is a neat car and relatively rare compared to other models.

Re: April 1928 Business Coupe
How was it dated to April? It would need a paper title as registered in that month in my opinion.

I wonder how the appraiser knows that this car was manufactured in this configuration for approximately only one month? |

Re: April 1928 Business Coupe
To answer my own question, it may be because it has a left hand brake system.
