This car runs, drives, and stops. All lights work including headlights, taillights, stops lights and running lights. Even the horn works. All the windows roll up and down. The rear passenger side window is cracked. The doors open and close very nice and solid. The engine is solid and sounds great. The transmission feels goods and seems tight. The breaks feel good, and the clutch feels good but it could be adjusted. Steering feels nice. As you can see, the old boy even added some goodies back then like the temperature gage, coil water heater and even a radio that controls from inside of the car. The floors are solid and the body appears to have good subrails. The body looks very solid with a few spots of rust like on the bottoms of the front cowls, not bad but rusted through. Other than surface rust theres only a few minor spots that can easily be fixed. The roof is shot but the tin is all good for new wood. The front fendors and the running boards are shot. The back fendors can be fixed if you desire. This is an unmolested car with an original 1952 California pink slip. It has not been licensed since 1990. This car would make a great running project or just drive it around like the old proud girl she is surviving this long. $4900 obo (714) 738-1125 |
