Default Rainmaker Remedy, small stuck bolts

Rainmaker Remedy to free small fasteners locked in place by rust or corrosion.

In my case the small Allen screw used to lock a 29 Quail in place could not be moved after 2 days of soaking with several penetrants. Heat was next but how? I set my battery charger on 12 volt high boost, clamped the negative lead on the quails nose, pressed a sturdy scratch-awl in the allen screw and held the positive lead on the awl until the end of the awl turned blue and things started to smoke. The screw backed out with normal force!
