Default 1936 Ford Convertible Project value ?

I know everyone hates a "what is worth" posting that has virtually no information but I am trying to assist someone with an estate sale.

This 1936 Cab has paint and top that are said to look in excellent condition with minimal degradation, if any, from the original restoration.

No idea on the interior or condition of the motor or level of the older restoration but it appears to have been well done probably 30 or more years ago.
It does not have a rumble seat and has a spare tire mount bracket.
No idea yet if it has the original motor but it does have a title.

Going thru the fuel and braking systems is obvious but maybe there is not too much additional work.

Assuming this is a minor restoration project, what is a reasonable expectation of value in the current market ?
Someone had originally provided the estate a "top of the market AACA" restoration ballpark and I hope to set more realistic expectations.

I am not the owner or buyer and currently only have a picture from many years ago from shortly after their acquisition.

thoughts ?
