Default 6 Volt heater motor rebuild

I just went through a lot of search results looking for information regarding rebuilding of my 6 volt heater motor. Unfortunately, most of it was at least 10 years old and not all that current.

So, does anyone have or know of someone that will rebuild a 6 volt heater motor.
This is in a 41 Pickup. The wires are shot. Supposedly it ran when last checked, but I don't know how it was tested considering the condition of the frayed wiring.

I can take it apart if needed, but am not certain what I would need to do then.
Electric motors are not my strong suite.

The other option is if anyone has a good motor, I would/could buy it.

I'm still searching for other options.
