hard steering

Hi guy's,






Rebuilt my 2 tooth steering box with all new parts...even did needle brg
modification.....Had the steering balls replaced & install the teflon "kit". When I had to move the car to a safe place,,, I was shocked when it steered like a truck



I had a feeling something was going to be wrong as I screwed in the end plug's & could just get the cotter pins in...Then the drag link & tie rod are way too tight.


I read way back that when properly adj, you should be able to "twist" it(rod) with 2 hand's.Mines sure not like that !!



Any idea's whats wrong ?..
