swap meet in Alabama feb 12-19?

i'll be in Alabama from February 12th to the 19th. I would like to take the opportunity to go to a swap meet if possible. Most of the time i'll be in the Huntsville area, but i am prepared to travel a bit.


Is there a swap meet near-by during that time period?

i know, but my customers decide on when i have to be wherever, not me. Actually customer changed the date yesterday evening and it will be two weeks later, but that's still in the cold period.

I have been to Cullman/Alabama multiple times and like going to the fabulous rocket museum in Huntsville. I have also been to the car museum in Birmingham/Alabama. Is there anything else that i need to see, maybe Model a related? And please don't mention any hikes or walking tours, i hate walking...

Have you been to Barber Vintage Motorsports? It is just East of Birmingham. Legendary motorcycles there.

That's what i meant by car museum in Birmingham. That's quite interesting! Maybe i'll go for another visit.

ah yes, thanks. i have been to the 'museum of flight' in birminham before. Vulca, i don't know if that's of interest to me...


Anything near Huntsville apart from the rocket museum?

There is a Mustang museum in Odenville, AL...It is northwest of Birmingham just off US 411... I think it may be open on weekends only but not sure.

Thanks, i didn't know about that museum. And it's open Fridays and Sundays. But i don't think that Ponycars are of enough interest to me.


If the customer keeps postponing the date other opportunities may appear...
