Default 40 Ford coupe door garnish

Does anyone know what size, kind, and where to locate the rivets for the door garnish rubber and wing lock on a 40 coupe? Are these hollow tubular? Also how are they set? is there a special pair of pliers or use a punch? How about the wing window pivot?

I remember years ago I used large pop rivets with pop rivet washers. Still holding after 40 years.

I use a regular rivet for the pivot. It takes some patience to peen it over and make it look nice but still, it's very doable.
The rivets that go through the rubber: I use a small carriage bolt, a #10 as I recall, and a lock washer and nut on the reverse of the molding.
