Default headliner tack strip

I bought a replacement tack strip, but haven'got a clue how to install it. 2 wood screws and 2 split rivits came along; what could be the meaning ?
Anybody having experience ?

Tack strip that gets sewn to the headliner or wooden roof Bow??? Im thinking roof bow??? Because u have hardware
