Default adjusting jets on a Teapot

Rebuilt engine with a rebuilt Teapot two barrel. Still a tad rough idle.....messing with the two gas/air jets and the idle screw. Is there a magic formula here? All the way in easy, 1 and 1/4 out on the two jets and setting a decent idle. She smoothes out if I set the idle high enough, but I don't like it that high, especially when she first starts up with the auto-choke. Yes....all settings done at 160 engine temp. Cleaned the plugs, checked all the plug wire connections, new coil, same results. Any thoughts?

One of these is probably the culprit.

Even with a complete carb overhaul? If it's an obstruction of some kind, can I blow compressed air down the carbs?
