Default Heat riser repair/replace

I am looking for some parts to repair my heat riser/exhaust thermostat control valve. I am working on a 1947 Ford deluxe 6 H series motor and my heat riser was stuck partially open. I sandblasted my exhaust manifold and found the valve stuck. I worked with it for a while and it is now free. I am missing some of the parts from it. Does anyone know where I can get some of the parts for this heat riser? I need to replace the arm that goes through (part # 9456) . (part # 9458 ) is missing.
I would even be up for purchasing another exhaust manifold with a good heat riser.

I am not sure of what help this will give you, but I googled just "automotive heat riser part # 9456" and this link popped up, maybe something or one of these could be used for parts that you are looking for, or maybe have the exact one by chance?
