Default Battery box and location

Can anyone supply a photo of the battery box and its location for a 1940 Ford Business Coupe?

I have a box but can not find where to put it on the firewall.

Thanks,

Randall

See attached: https://www.google.co.nz/search?q=19...HQ0WCpYQsAQIGw

This should give you a location of the battery located on RH Side.
Not much you cant find by just putting in a search.
Best of luck.

The very first photo shows what I think is the correct setup for a '40. The '40 tray is a one only part. C&G lists the tray as Part No:01A-10732,Hold Down Bracket as 01A-5171
and Hold Down Pad as 01A-5171
Others sell them also.

Randall: As shown, the 40 battery box DOES NOT go on the firewall. It bolts
to the frame rail and is held in place by 2 nuts and bolts. Please don't make
the mistake of cutting up your firewall as was done so often back in the days of early hot rods.
