What is this e-brake? Not like the AR or like the later side mount.

Brake to front lever was used from 1928 through 1929

This brake handle appeared after the single brake system was discontinued (left hand brake). This center handle was used until around July 1929 when the side brake handle was introduced and used until the end of production.
