I beg to differ.
Chandler Grove without model number was '38 only, along with Stromberg.
Chandler Grove with 91-99 was '39 along with Ford Script 91-99.

A side note on the 91-99 model number: The first such designated carbs had that number etched directly into the molds. All following were within a circle, as they were replaceable with later model numbers, the circle being a removable coin fitted into the mold. All the early models through model 59 were capable of sharing the same molds.
