AT least if its old and made in an imperial measurement country seals and O rings will be no drama,from my experience in our shop ,any cheap made jacks and lifts were not even a standard metric size,let alone imperial.
strip the unit down and clean it ,fit new seals and O rings,fill it with a 46 grade hydraulic oil and more than likely it will be fine.
