Default Re: response to henryat1140

Hi al pa., our setup is 6V positive ground.

Ask more questions if you like. We've been through the fuel sender so many times I have nightmares about kneeling in the back of the '36 Phaeton. Thank goodness that car has so much room! It's nice to know the fuel gauge works, and is reliable.

Still I find we make a lot of stops for eight gallons, right along side other Fords whose fuel gauges don't work at all! I should really keep a two gallon spare can with me and I'll never get stranded.

Don't get me started on running out of gas in T's!
