If a T is overheating it's not from lack of a water pump. As others have said, it should run OK without one. I would take the price of a water pump and put it toward fixing whatever in causing the overheating. The two main causes are: Rust and crud in the cooling system; a worn out radiator that doesn't radiate anymore. The cure for the first is cleaning. For the second, it's replace or recore.
