Hey Kiwi.......I won't speculate as to where their parts are actually made, and realistically it shouldn't matter (quality-wise) as long as their stuff actually fits well, and works like a paying customer would ultimately expect. It may be interesting to read some of UPI's history, as well as their approach to the designing and engineering of their stuff in the first place. It sounds like they're using today's technology potential and procedures to the fullest, with the end result seemingly being nothing but well-satisfied customers from every review that I have read. Take a moment or two to read their "about us" blurb on their web site at the link below. UPI's approach is proving that reproduction parts can MOST-certainly be made to fit
