Here are comparison shots of an Australian 1933 Ford Coupe (top photo) and an American 1933 Ford Five Window Coupe (bottom photo). The American Coupe body has more shape to it. The Doors are not interchangeable between these two cars and the rear side windows are a completely different shape. Notice on the Australian Coupe, there is a false panel above the Running Boards.
