The 39 windshield is the same size as a 37 but they are not the same frame. The '37 separates in the middle on the sides and the '39 separation point is not the same place. I do not know if the pedal assembly on the one-ton is the same as the pedal assembly on the 1/2 ton. Check the part number on the pedal assembly and see if it has a "T" as part of the part number. Looking at the pictures, it looks like a 1 1/2 ton. Maybe you could find the serial number on the frame and post it?
