The Super deluxe thing was mostly just one of the packages that each individual body style could be purchased in for the three different levels of trim quality for lack of anything else to call it. The coupes changed in 1941. The sedan or long door coupe became available in the special, deluxe, or super deluxe versions and the business or 5-window coupe was also available in the same three levels of quality.

Now I have no idea how many were manufactured but I doubt that they are any more rare than any other 1-year only design. The super deluxe packages were V8 only as far as I know and they have all the bells & whistles trim, radio, and the clock as standard equipment.
