The handles shown in your photos were indeed used on later Model A open cars as well as on '32-'34 station wagons and on '33-'34 phaetons and roadsters. Die cast reproductions are available which, of course, lack the steel insert. Originals without cracks in the inserts do show up from time to time, but they seem to be relatively scarce and expensive.
