Yeah, unless someone made grille & fender emblem changes to it, it's a '66. See the pics below:

In later years, Ford replaced the service/replacement C5TZ-A grille ('65) with the C6TZ-A ('66). Sheetmetal was interchangeable with most '62-'66s. Front bumpers (painted or chrome) were same from '64 to early '78. I sold many, many, crash parts for those pickups back in the days. And the engine looks like a 352 to me.
