It's still a 34 roadster. I bet the frame is so scally it may be unuseable so you are buying a shell that for sure needs wood and a floor!
Having seen other cars in this condition, I'm betting it was stored in an old chicken house( lot of growers in the area) even tho the house was not used for years, the chicken droppings are like acid and will eat metal up.
