28 had wire wheels. 29 had concave disk wheels with 6 holes around the perimeter. 30 used budd wheels, with the deep offset so they could be mounted as duals in the rear. The front hubs and drums were much larger than 28-29, to increase brake size, and to accommodate the large offset of the budd wheels. The bud wheels mount on the front with the offset as convex, the 29 wheels mounted as concave.
