That is a '34 grille as stated earlier; it has stainless around the bars, '33 did not. To my eye the head light lenses look flat, with no crown. The bar is correct but looks like someone fitted '30-'31 Model A lamps to it. The '32 commercial bar had a high crown and the lamps are very high in relation to the grille. '33 & '34 bars are flatter and as a result the bottom of the lamps are lower than the bar. Lamps pictured are high, you can almost see the bar.
