Borg Warner used to make kits that worked well on the 4100. And they're easy carburetors to rebuild. Just take close-up pictures of all the linkages before you take it apart. Also the guts as you get into it.
If you're close to Long Island, NY, try Allstate Carburetor in Islip. They're reasonable and turn the carbs around quickly.
