The only way I know of obtaining a copy (which came through included with the ACCESSORY SEAT BELT KIT for you year) would be to acquire a NOS kit or someone (or a vendor) may have a copy. There might also be a detailed engineering illustration in the appropriate year Service Manual.

I had the same problem with a Powerglide ... no matter how hard I tried, I could NOT get that thing to shift into 3rd.
