One method I have used with good results is to grind off the head of the pin then center punch the pin. Drill a small hole almost all the way through the pin but dont go all the way. Keep increasing the size of the hole untill you can put a straight punch in there and it will bottom on the remaining pin that didnt get drilled out , then drive the pin out the bottom.
