There is a few ways you can do it. Cut her in the center by the radio speaker hole and shorten the grill on the one side to fit. This way you'll have the ashtrays to use. The second would be to trim the ends a inch and slice a few cuts to make a tighter radius to turn in the ends by the ashtrays. It all depends on if you want to use the ashtrays. If not using the ashtrays just pie cut ends and tuck them in. The top will have to be streached in the center or ends will have to be shrunk because of the radius. You also can cheat if no streacher or shrinker is around with cuts and hammer and dolly top to fit.
Also when your done with the top you might want to cut a few slots in the top by the windsheild for defrost
