I used a 35 rear engine mount in my 34 I don.t think there is much difference except for the parking brake ,

If you let us know the overall lingth of your torque tube, (Front end of bell to flange, where it bolts to the center housing of the rear axle) we can tell if it is a V-8 or 4 cyl.
As far as Hydraulic Brakes are concerned, you need to get in touch with Richard at The Early V-8 Garage. (626) 338-2282. He makes a complete kit to install Hydraulic Brakes on your Early V-8 Ford. I have his kit on my '34 and it is really great. He can supply every part you will need.
