I am thinking the ones that were on my car for show were n.o.s complete with hardware. Reason they are not on anymore is the New JS. states forged bar introduction of 1930 to April 1930 //// May 1930 to August 1930 stamped steel ///// back to forged bar. So for the second French Lick meet i had made the correction since my car is a late July/Early Aug. car.. You can not use the license plate clips on stamp steel bars.[ i have NO CLUE what was used and no one that i know ,knows
