You could make a fordor sedan into a coupe for less that buying one of their bodies. Buy their quarters, roof, tail pan and deck lid. Use the front doors off the fordor. Get what ever braces you need or make them. And you will still come out less. Bunch of work but doable. You can find fordors for cheap.
