Hi,

In terms of rubber window seals that are exposed to the suns UV radiation. Is there a way to do a long term protection of installed and exposed rubber seals? Currently I have some rubber seals that are 40 years old and I would like them to last another 40 years without them cracking and deteriorating. Imagine the harsh sun in Arizona or the Southwest.

Is there a product I can smear on the seals that does not require multiple applications each year? A truly long lasting product.
